No, it will not be write off. The car is insured for $50K. The value of these vehicles over here is much higher than in the USA.
Even high mileage 1998 130,000km vehicles are selling privately for $27K.

Went to the panel beaters yesterday. No frame damage. The only panel that will not unbolt that needs replacing is the front radiator support panel.

I feel confident after seeing a couple of the Ferraris & Porsches they are repairing that I will get a top job done.
