Fuses???
How do you know it is a fuse, and not human error the emergency/parking brake, for starters!
There are about [sic] zillion other reasons also, but the fuse is simple, when you pull your fuse panel, you will find a small piece of paper explaining your fuses.
If it's not there, I can point you to the exact fuse, but that would prempt you from learning.
