Is this the sprung clutch I need to go with my LWFL?

Ive been looking and looking for a stage 2 sprung clutch to go with a LWFL. And this is the best I can find.

When they say its sprung loaded is it because they actually have springs in them? Cause I looked at several OEM clutches and I noticed they had similar springs. So Im not really sure what "spring loaded" really means and how you can differ from the two.

Let me know ....
