Pic of my S.

This is last June at Mid-America. Edit: I tried to download the image but it is too large. Can anyone do me a solid by resizing and posting it for me? I'd really really like to share a pic of my car. If you don't feel comfortable putting your email address out in the open just PM it to me and I will send it to you.

Sure. What color would you like it to end up? ...and how many people would you like riding in it? Ole' Mac and Photoshop can dance.

...how many wallet sized? ..and what do you want me to do with that bigass dent in the side? (almost scared me when I first saw my car! Frickin' Chris Bangle got ahold of it!)

Typical digital cameras have lesser settings than 4-5meg max. Often those settings make perfectly good results for web photos. It's kinda like HP - how much do you need to commute to work?!

Do you not have software that would allow you to resize this on your PC?

It is usually free on the INET or came with your camera?

If you have Windows XP, try Microsoft's Image Resizer Power Toy.

I don't have xp and I'm really not really not to handy with the camera yet. The standard setting makes the pics way to large for some reason. Jason PM'ed me and said he would help me out. Thanks.

If you're on Windows, IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.net/) is free and great at resizing images. It is not a photoshop replacement but does the simple stuff very well and quickly/easily. Someone here recommended it a long time ago and I've ended up using it most every day since.

...and gentlemen/ladies; there's simply no excuse for not having a place to post pics of every single possession you have. All you need is a domain.

Simple again: www.godaddy.com is where you can have www.meandeverythingyoudidntwanttoknowaboutme.com (probably taken..) for less than $50. a year. The domain is about $8. Unlike the old-days when things were difficult and expensive, it's a simple as making an album on your computer - only, it is hosted on their's and available to information seekers worldwide.

...one bit of advice; don't register - or use for that matter - any well known brand name or logo. P. comes to mind.. It's a breach of law.

FORD made examples of some small people a few years ago. One poor bugger in Sweden had something like 'classicvolvo.com' - a lover of the old 544 and 122's. They were able to sue him in Michigan because his site reached Michigan, and got damages. ...dunno if they ever got $$ from him, but sure rattled his - and other's - nerves.
