Maybe if you take the service manager with you on a test drive, he'll get a better appreciation for the problem and you'll get to the point sooner.

You would think. I'll be seeing the general manager tomorrow. The service manager didn't even know that my car was on his lot for 7 days. I should write a letter to Porsche.

I was just wondering if anyone else has a creaking type sound when they press on the brake pedal since the dealership tells me the sound is normal.

I'll probably end up taking it to Colorado for warranty repairs since Albuquerque is the only Porsche dealership in New Mexico.
