I luckily found mine in my favorite Porsche color... Forest Green Metallic.
Here are some crappy dealership shots...

When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.

Thanks. This car was a long time in the making and a lot of hard work that paid off.

^All you need to do now is ditch that license plate on the front and you'll be all set.

The 928 belongs to the guy who lives across the street. That car is spotless. The car still looks like it is fresh from the dealer. I just hope I can keep my car looking that good for so long.
(Adam, I took a picture without the front plate just for you. Its still on the camera though)

"Bugly" Blue?
Cruising this weekend, we came across what (in our opinion) was the worst Boxster color seen so far - the best way to describe it was to imagine a white car that someone had colored with a blue highlighter - kind of like speed yellow, but in baby blue instead. Both my passenger and I simultaneously blurted out "UUUUggghhhllleeee!" when we saw it coming towards us. A real head turner (and stomach too)!
Any idea what the official name of this color is?

Can't be blue turquise, that is a gorgeous color (medium blue, non-metallic) offered only in 97. Sounds like Riviera Blue?

It did appear to be non-metallic... but we may have missed any metallic effects in the overall "glow" of the color...

If you have a copy of PORSCHE PANORAMA, the color of the "PANORAMA" in the cover text (at least on the latest issue) is very close to what I remember this car being painted... which might be considered "Turquoise"?

Black on Boxster Red. I'll shamelessly X-attach my pic again in this thread. I've been seeking this color combo for over a year now since I saw one sitting in the Porsche Service center lot.
