if it is found to be the AOS, there are lots of discussion and DIY info on replacing AOS. I had it replaced at local Porsche dealer.
there seems to be two AOS's . one which is the latest and the second unit is "motorsport" flavor... more heavy duty??
can someone chime in here with more details.

i did not realize this and had it replaced with standard one. you may want to consider asking for the heavy duty flavor $$$$$$?
