Talking

Welcome to the Forum and Boxster ownership. Hope the whole experience is great.

Not to be silly but buy an owner's manual first off. They are less than $20 at your Dealer and most times in stock. Keep it on the passenger seat for the first three weeks or so and you will know more about your Box than many who own them.

Also run through our FAQ section. Then use the search function to go deeper into any topic that strikes your fancy.

More to come!

Thanks for posting.

Amen on getting hold of an owner's manual ASAP. Finding your way around one of these electronic beasts without one is hopeless. They also came with a Maintenance Manual ($38 at your local dealer), and probably one for the sound system. Complete sets of them seem to be a staple on E-bay, which is where the missing ones probably disappear to.

I'd do a search online for the manual. I think someone has had that scanned and available via PDF.

Suncoast Porsche used to have a 2003 Boxster Manual in PDF form. It seems not to be there anymore. I thought ********************************************.com had one, but couldn't find it.

Maybe it would be wise to just purchase one from ebay. Sorry. If I figure out that there is another one, I'll let you know.

Here is another viewpoint.

These guys on EBAY MAY be the folks who keep ripping off these manuals. Perhaps we should all just buy then at the dealer and stop providing a market to these thieves!

Just a thought.
