PSM Off / ABS Lights Come on

I've researched this forum along with other forums trying to resolve this issue and haven't had any luck yet. I have a 2001 with 78,000 miles and the PSM/ABS lights are coming on while I'm driving under normal braking conditions. At first, I thought since my pads and rotors needed to be replaced, so I didn't react too quickly because if I would have turned the car off everything would reset and the rest of my trip would be fine.

I replaced the pads, the rotors and the brake fluid and the lights are still coming on and a little more often but still goes away after I restart the car. I did found someone mentioning that it could be a battery thing (turing off the non-important items first) but I haven't found anything to comfirm that or anything to test the theory except buying another battery (everything seems fine when starting the car or anything else electrical).

Appreciate anybody thoughts on this...
