So I guess when you think you've got it bad like -20 in Chicago there is always someone else that has it worse, e.g., Minnesota!

No offense but that state is too cold for me. How do you do it?

It was -10 or something the other night but there was no wind. I stood outside for about 15 minutes and it felt warmer than a few weeks ago when it was 30 with strong wind. Now if the windchill made it feel like -10 that day then why did -10 fee like 30?
