option numbers

I have a 99 and found the sticker under the front lid that shows the factory options. There are a few that I can not identify:

X97
X98
232
502
584
981

Anyone have any idea what they are?

Thanks,

J. Tucker

I don't know these options. However, if you give your VIN to any Porsche Dealer, they can tell you what options came with the car and what dealer sold the car. They can also tell you what warranty work has been done on the car.

Good luck!

X97 = Aluminum/leather shift knob
X98 = Aluminum/leather emergency brake handle
232 = 17" Wheels
502 = Valmet Production (at Uusikaupunki in Finland)

I think 584 is a storage box, but not sure which one. 981 has something to do with leather.
