defective rear trunk switch

How do I take the plastic sill plate off located at the base of the drivers door that houses the 2 trunk switches. The rear switch has stopped working. The switch on the key still works.
thanks,

Trunk switch failure

Did you ever figure out your problem with the rear trunk switch? I'm just now having the same problem with my '05 Boxster. Any help would be welcome.

Thanks!
