I can only hazard a guess on ques #1, but I'd think you'd be able to run them. The good folks at TireRack would be able to give you a definitive answer.
As far as ques #2, you will have reduced handling capabilities, a harsher ride, and possibly more noise with run-flats. The sidewall is stiffer than a conventional tire so it can handle the rigors of running with no air. A stiffer sidewall will create all the items I mention. Are the side effects worth it? I wouldn't think so, but that's JMHO. It's your car.
