New Gemballa Modification of Boxster

Just look at this Boxster. Tell me what you think. It is a Gemballa update with 3.9 L engine horsepower is 380. This car has to be a beast. Wonder what the performance statistics are.

3.9 L engine? Where did you get this info? That's crazy...did they bore out a 3.8? 380 HP... ::shudder::

Saw this a few weeks ago. Nice except for the suede interior dash.

Their prices are also insane. I heard someone did just the body kit without the performance and it ran him $40K.

As with nearly everything Gemballa does - not to my taste.

The stock Boxster looks much classier to me. This car looks tarted up and cheap - the Fredricks of Hollywood of Boxsters.

Gee Ad such a biting remark for pictures showing different design possibilities of the Boxster. I don't care for the rear but it is an interesting design variation from the stock car. I would say more it is more Victoria Secret style than Fredericks. The way it is reminds me of Jlo or Janet Jackson's big fat ass.

I think the exterior is stunning. The car looks like it's in motion in the picture. The interior doesn't do much for me. The traditional Boxster cockpit is pretty sweet as it is. What kind of price tag on something like that?

Well, considering the body mods on the outside were around $40K I'd imagine the entire package with tuning is North off 100K.

I think it runs about 40K as per the article on 6 speedonline.com. It got my attention the way the new front looks. The interior I agree with you is a tad too much. Gemballa put a new 3.9 engine in there in lieu of the stock engine, ergo this car has to motor. The cost of this is going to be huge as Stryke rightly claims. Is it worth it? Depends on the size of the persons wallet or in the eye of the beholder.

What is the source of the 3.9 Ltr motor.

The styling does not do it for me as I love the clean lines of the Box. However, it is imaginative and that is fun.

I just read where the engine is a 3.6L bi turbo engine out of the 998. Makes 500 HP according to the article I read.

That seems like way too much for most of us to handle.

I just love the front of the car. The rest can go. Regarding the engine size is in the forum at 6speedonline.com. The 500 hp is achievable by the twin turbos.
