Thanks for sharing man! They list the regular price on their website as $75 for this shoe. Doing a quick search on the Internet though I couldn't find the Piloti DTM for less than $110. That's a pretty good deal then! I bought myself a pair for autocross.

They only come in men's sizes and my shoe size translated to men's is 4.5. Their smallest is 8.
I would like to take a long moment here to be frustrated and to feel sorry for myself.

are these pretty "true to size"?
ive never owned a pair of pilotis but:
1. they look cool as hell
2. i plan to start AXing soon
i wear a 12 in most shoes, would a 12 fit fine?

I have only owned the DTMs and Monacos and these fit very true. I am a 1/2 size and found you can go up 1/2, but not down 1/2.

Thanks for the heads up; just ordered the "red" ones that were in stock in my size. I just got my Boxster but noticed you have to have thinner shoes for the most effective driving experience, esp with my size 12 feet. Red shoes are pretty bright and will match my red car, but I can change to sandals pretty quickly as I walk around town. Bob in Colorado Springs

Good timing. I was just thinking I need a pair of driving shoes as I was test driving a 987 and M Roadster last week, without wearing out my Simpsons.

A buddy of mine said, "Don't get Pilotis. Get a real pair of racing shoes." I never asked what he meant by that.

Got mine today as advertised. Very comfortable, very true to size, very red...but then again, so is my Boxster...
I think these will make great summer driving shoes; will be trying them out tomorrow. Just need to find women's sizes next for my wife. Again, thanks for alerting us to this sale. Bob in C Springs
