Finally it's fun again.

I had bad rubbing issues with my 245/40/18 when I installed H & R springs....it was the most annoying thing ever. It would cause me to scrap bad entering and leaving my driveway and make parking a pain. I finally got some 225/40/18s in the front and I'm soo happy damn happy now. F.Y.I. the Sumitomo HRTZ IIIs that I bought look sweet!

I have no idea what the point of this is but I haven't been this excided about my Boxster in awhile.

The 245s don't surprise me...I thought 235s would be about the most you could squeeze under a lowered Box.

Good luck with the tires, I threw a pair of brand new ones away that the dealer put on my Box. Park it three days and they feel like wagon wheels for the first few miles.

Sumitomo HRTZ IIIIs? What does 'they feel like wagon wheels' mean?

They did flatspot badly, however, I will say for the money they are OK. My feeling is most people in here dawdle on their cars so I feel buying cheaper rubber to be a bad place to save cash, just my opinion.
