Engine stutttering problem but no CEL

Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that during the climb from around 2200RMP to 2800RPM (always exact same RPM) in second gear the engine has a slight lag or stutter. However, no CEL has come on. So far it is very subtle but noticeable to me. I'm guessing that it is the MAF and/or O2 sensors. I took apart the MAF when I purchased it and gave it a little clean with some of the CRC cleaner (maybe I am the cause?). Should I just reclean or replace the MAF and O2 sensors or should I have it diagnosed, if even possible
