If it was a six speed, it would be tempting. Does it have a red top? If so, please post a pic of it with the top up.
Brumos is getting three of them, total, but they ordered all three with black tops. Smart move, since even Porsche has no photos with the red top up.

50% chance of buying an RS60, but not the Tiptronic version. I like it, but I feel detached to the car without manual transmission. You know what I mean? Oh, and the top is black, not red. This car is amazing though, especially with all of the options.

So, I'm driving the RS60 on the 405 freeway yesterday an I see a car ahead of me make a sudden lane change. Before I could react, WHAM!!!! A piece of metal that was flying through the air hit the front bumper and hood of the car. I think I'm going to be sick... The paint was scratched and so is the hood, nothing major, but the dealer will be making a claim to my insurance. Ugh... What are the chances?... It was fun while it lasted. Anyway, I returned the RS60 today and got my car back after $540 worth of work to fix the stupid internal temp sensor and movement detector. Fortunately, I recently bought the extended 3 year warranty. Crazy weekend...

That's great luck, I wish all Porsche loaners where Porsches.
But I have to disagree with the title of this thread, because this is the best rental car ever!

I may have to disagree with this. $25,000/day and you can't even drive it?!?

Smart cabriolet? oh man, I don't think there is another car that can even come close to touching that thing on the track!

Park Place in Dallas has 4 RS60s with red tops.
986SE -
Sorry about the road rash. At least it wasn't on your car. Remember, it's just a rental.

With the red top up it sort of reminds me of red velvet cake.
I just wish my dealer would give a loaner, period. I don't even care if it's some old POS someone traded in.
