I don't find the Boxster uncomfortable at all, but it is small. The Corvette has lots more room and I think the seats rate a bit higher on the comfort factor too. With prices dropping on used C5s, it is a tempting prospect. Having said all this, I don't think I'll be actually taking the plunge anytime soon though.
