What kind of "problem" you have depends on a bunch of factors, such as the amount of smoke, color, and how often it happens. It could also be oil going around the valves or leaking past cylinder rings. To properly diagnose it you would have to give more details.

I've heard that many cars give out a puff of smoke every 20-30 starts and that this is considered normal. So who knows, maybe you don't have a problem at all. Although there are people on the forum that know more about this than I do. So lets hope they chime in!
