Depending on what Porsche decides to do, I see a lot of potential reasons one would want to trade in their 05-08 for an 09. The car's going to have a better engine along with a bunch of nice options. iPod integration, air-cooled seats, blah blah blah. Not sure if PDK will appear or not though.
I'll wait and see.
