Hello long time since i posted

Well in nj it has gotten sunny again so the boxster is out to play. I have a question and maybe someone can lend some advice. It seems my boxster dashboard has little indents on the vinyl. Did anyone try to removing the indents on their dashboard with a heat gun. I can't figure anyway to get the off there are several near the cluster from the previous owner. I really can't complain considering since the car is a 1997 with 100k miles on it. If any one has advice please let me know .

If anyone has a fix I'd love to hear about it as well.
