Im also currently experiencing this problem.

And its extremely annoying, especially because we are experiencing some unseasonally warm weather here in Melbourne.

In my case, the handbrake light does come on.

I recently had 18inch wheels fitted. However, they had to clip the handbrake cable to a part of the car so it didnt hit the tyre.

Can this be the problem??
