Yeah, he's got them bolted to the top of the car to show off his NOS setup.

He also walks around the car display with a loaded handgun in his mouth.

Not only are the NOS tanks mounted on top of the car like Randal mentioned but they are mounted onto the Speedster Humps! That must be very sturdy.

Someone put a lot of time and at least some money into building this thing. I just do not understand the purpose of this thing.

Did anyone else notice what looks like a play station controller above the steering column? The purpose of this is to play video games while driving? That is about as practical as putting a toilet inside your refrigerator. WAIT! Now that is a thought. I could put a toilet inside a refrigerator and call it "art". I bet it would sell in NYC for a million bucks.

On another thought, I wonder if he might get a beating if he drove this around in Germany?
