No sound from Bose subwoofer

hello everyone ! glad to be part of this forum of all Porsche enthusiasts.. just got one question here for anyone that might have experienced this..
My radio(CDR223) '04S has the Bose Subwoofer and the two little speakers on each side.. I have tried switching the fader switch from front to the back and still could not hear any sound coming from the back.. any thoughts??

I had the same problem with my system. Turns out that the connection to the subwoofer box was not fully snapped together after my air filter was replaced. Check that first.
