Please help me decide

I currently have an '03 Boxster S about to turn in for an '08 (Meteor Gray/Black)Boxster S of which I have on order and due to arrive in about 2-3 weeks

I have an opportunity to possibly aquire a '05 (Arctic silver/blue interior) Carrera S (~24k miles) for about the same money.

Both would be a 3 year lease. Also the '05 is Porsche certified so would still be under warranty.

Can I please have some objective opinions from you. I know this is a Boxster forum...and .... I'm pretty sure what all would say in the Carrera Forums, but thought I would get an opinion from you guys who drive boxsters like me.
