On the seats you have a few options. You can buy just the leather to recover the seats to get rid of the worn look, they go for about $700 on eBay.
To get power seats you need to replace the whole seat and as far as I know it is just a bolt on swap but you would have to figure out how to connect them to a power source. The heated seats are more complicated, you can buy seats with the heating element but then you will have to do quite a bit of wiring to make it work. You can check that out here:
