I lived in Germany for 9 years and you'd be surprised as to how much is restricted. You don't want to get caught speeding on it either where it is restricted...speed cameras, both fixed and mobile units, EVERYWHERE. Just ask my wife...who's speeding ticket followed her all the way back to the US, lol.
