Does this look familiar? Hehe...

I've started a new hobby. Picked up a Canon 30D and got 3 1/2 new lenses for it. A 12-24mm f/4, 17-50mm f/2.8, and a 70-200mm f/4 plus a 1.4 extender! Any other photographer/boxster owners out there? This setup set me back about 2K... I know... I could have gotten some rims... Hey! Tax return is coming right? Haha!

Nikon D80, 12-14mm wide angle, 50mm prime, 18-200mm zoom. Haven't had much time to play around with it all though. I use my Ricoh Caplio R7 a helluva lot more than my DSLR setup.

Nice set of glass! I intend to take lots of pics of my car now that I have the ultra-wide lens. It really brings out a dimension in photographs of cars I like to see... the kinda fisheye look. Hehe...

Wife got me a Nikon D300 for Christmas. Looking forward to going out this weekend. Weather is going to be in the 40s.

I have several Nikon lenses to use on the new camera.

I have:
- Canon 5D
- Canon EOS-RT
- 24-70/2.8L
- 50mm F/1.4
- 85mm F/1.2L
- 100mm F/2.8 Macro

Used to have: 17-40/4L, 28-135IS, 70-200/2.8L IS, 100-400L IS. Pared down my lens collection to the ones which I use most often and I can't say that I miss any of my other lenses.

Got a Canon 40D w/17~85mm lens last week (Boxing Day special). Have only taken 100 or so pictures and none yet of my P car as it is tucked away for winter. It takes excellent photos, far superior to my 4MP Canon ELPH. Looking forward to getting it out and taking some pics with the new camera. I will try it out at the Detroit Auto Show in a couple of weeks.
