They were on eBay and I didn't get them. They ended up going for $650, which is more than I wanted to spend on rims I don't much about. Thanks for the input thought.
Merry Christmas!

Just my two cents about wheels, if you're looking to spend $400-$650 for a set of wheels, you probably shouldn't buy any right now. Save up until you can afford something of better quality. You can buy a set of wheels for $400 at AutoZone. Sure, they may look good, but, would you trust your life with them? I wouldn't. Those four circular metal thingies are the only thing keeping you on the road. I'd pay premium for BBS or actual Porsche factory wheels, rather than "chance it" with something of lesser quality. FWIW, one of my good friends just bought a set of wheels and summer tires (yes, it's the winter) for his STi. Ran him in the $4000 range when all was said and done.

Thanks for the advice. I don't need rims until the end of the winter, I just am just keeping my eyes open for a good deal.
$4k is a bit more than what I was looking to spend, I am just looking to find something that may in the long run cost lest than mounting different tires twice a year for $60. In 3 years, $400 rims would be justified, but at $4k it would take 33 years to justify buying rims at $120 in mounting a year. I may spend that eventually but not right now.

Merry Christmas!!!

I could probably do $1100, it just depends what I find. And if anyone has any 17" Sport Classic's let me know, they're horrible to clean so I'll take them off your hands for a low price.

Why not another set of what you have - 17"twists. I see them come up for sale and usually run about $500 because no one really wants them. Just keep your eyes open. Also helps if you are a PCA member if you live in a more remote area. Rennlist, Pelican are other good places to find them.
