Water at my feet?

I spent some time this weekend washing the Boxster. After I was done I noticed that the driver side carpet was wet, and when I moved the car for the first time, some water dripped on top of my foot.. I didn't feel any water on the passenger side, or under / behind the seats.

Car stats are: 2000 986s with 64K on the clock.

Has anyone else had this problem, and what was the solution?

Thanks,
Eric
