Is this a picture of a C4S? I don't see the vents in the rear fender.

Changed my mind i want the F355, an amazing car, i love them, not the fastest Ferrari but a very important one in my opinion.

A guy i know just took delivery of an F430 spider and its meant to be awesome has your Dad considered one of them or is he just after Classic's.

the F355 will be a Future Classic, in the Uk there value is heading back up to 50-65k for a 95 spider

I like the white x5 in the background thats what my younger bro has.

Yes, he tried to order one from Ferrari, they wouldn't accept his order. Apparently you have to have owned 2 previously to even order one from them. He was told 1 when he bought the 355 but, now it's 2. He said screw them and bought the GT and an Audi R8 which should arrive first of the year. Ferrari's are overated imo also. They're under the assumption their ******************** doesn't stink and parts and maintenance are ridiculous. In all the years of development they haven't figured out a way to have the car maintained without dropping the whole motor out the bottom. Way to go.

I remember you saying that in a previous post, that is so stupid!!!

I love ferrari's too much too say a bad word and since reading this post am in the classifieds looking at 355 spiders, although i keep reading the coupe is a lot better, ''ALLROUND''

Yellowboxster: have you an opinion, did your dad test drive both before buying the spider??

James

GT3 RS crowns that collection IMO.

I've read somewhere, most people break into the Ferrari mold by buying used at first.

Very very nice. We just picked up our third, an 01 986S for my fiancee. I have a 944 and a 951.

Once I trade my daily driver Audi for a truck, I'm picking up a 911 for daily use.

I love Porsches... great cars that can be used every day.

No, he wanted a convertible and thought the 355 looked best as a convertible.

As much as I love Ferrari's, I believe they're way overrated. They're beautiful cars and sound great but, in all the years of development they haven't figured out a way to service the car without dropping the entire engine out the bottom of the car. Lamborghini's seem to school Ferrari's in every aspect. Afterall a prancing bull would kick a prancing horse's ass.

Yellowporsche, how many car garage do you have? I'd like more toys in the future, but I need a bigger garage first!

The lift's are great for creating more space.

I was under the assumption the F430 did not require the engine removed???? All previous models did?

Also, I didn't have to have owned a fezza previously to order the F430.....Ferrari were quite willing to take my AUS$509K on the road.

The lift in one of the pictures is at the shop I work at. He stores his 912 Targa and track car there. His yellow 993 is at the lake house. The 993 Turbo is stored climate controlled in the showroom of the mechanic shop we take our cars to. The 996 cab, 996 Turbo, GT, and Gallardo are at his house. The 355, 912, and 500SL are stored at his hanger with the Beechcraft Starship and Commander for the time being.

He's in the process of having another 4 car garage built at his house. He's going to have to get the ball rolling on that asap because, he's got an R8 that should arrive early this next year.

No it sure isn't, only the turbo s of that model had the vents.

Bambino Don, yeah the X5 is his also. I just didn't feel like mentioning it up next to all the other stuff. Hopefully a Cayenne Turbo will replace that soon. X5 has been a good car but, time to upgrade.

Can we get some pics of the garage? That is my favorite part of 6speed, the garage forum. It makes my little single bay 1970 midget garage cry.
