The motor will bolt right in with a little creativity. Tholyoak has done this already.

For some reason I think the turbo engine and the GT3 engine are a different design than the standard 3.4l or 3.6l, and because of that they will not fit into a Boxster.

I have been wrong before so it would not surprise me if I am wrong this time.
