shouldn't be hard, take a 996 bumper, cut the bottom off both the stock bumper and the 996 bumper, and mate them together.
then just have to route the pipes and tips.

cant be hard, but will cost $

I did a search for "Porsche Albert rear bumpers" on google and didn't come up with anything??? Who sells them?
