That's a tough one, if you talk to the neighbors and they are not receptive you can't snuff Mr. Putty. That picture bothers me and it's not even my ride. If you value your neighbors, put some clear carpet runner upsidedown on the top, the little spines will dissuade him. Otherwise, a lil friskies & Prestone makesa a fine meal.
