Hi Patrick,

Thanks very much for the feedback. Yes, I will probably use such a set up. The Boxster is a beautifully balanced/neutral car and I don't think it is worth it to offset that balance just for looks (even if the car is only driven on the street). After all, the 285s will be also more expensive as well.

when I'm in the market for new tires, I was going to go for 285's but the cost to get a new one and to replace it, is the one who stop me.

Patrick, thanks for that info...I didn't know that now i know that I made the right decision for going on 265's on the rear
