Baseball, plan a road trip!

I bought my car out-of-state (Dayton), and then did about 1,200 miles on the way home. Changed the oil. Did another 800 miles ASAP. I was done with the break-in in less than 3 weeks.

I feel your pain!

A roadtrip is a great idea. It won't take long to rack up the mileage if you go somewhere. I see you are in NY, go eat a lobster in Maine, go to the Hampton's for a nice weekend of sunsets over the beach.

OR, if you break the rules and redline the car.. I promise not to tell.

Man, that must suck. I normally never shift below 4200RPM.

If you really need some help copping, go to your local Porsche dealer and test drive one of there cars and take it over 4200 RPM, go rent a racing video game and play it with surround soundm or if you wanted to do it like Ferris Buller, you can jack up the rear tires and put a brick on the gas pedal, that might get you 2000 miles in a few days.

Best of Luck with the Brake in!
