I don't hate the new GTO at all. The performance is really quite good. I went to test drive one and found it super quick and quite comfortable. I think Pontiac should have put a little more thought into the design as it is pretty bland for a "Sport Coupe". Especialy since the GTO name is so revered. If I were looking at a performance vehicle on a budget I think the GTO would be on my list. Do what is best for you, not on what "us guys" think! We are Boxster guys!

dude if u wanna get a GTO go and get it, dont worry about what the guys on this forum say- its ur money and its gonna be ur car. obviously the guys on this forum are gonna be against a GTO, its a boxster forum...everyone thinks the best thing out there is the thing they drive. on on some GTo forums and see what the guys there say...
but if u decide u dont want a GTO (which isnt that bad, i was impessed when i drove it) try an sti or a evo... a muscle car or maybe a supra...

good luck with selling the boxster as well :-)
