About three weeks ago when I was talking to a body shop owner about the DE, a White 928 was there from a dealer to be prepped for the lot.
I was looking at it and he told me of a friend with one. I looked at it and it was flawless. The color though, Burgundy on Burgundy. I just wasn't sure about that, it just didn't strike me. For a brief second I wondered about this as a daily driver and then got very scared. Did anyone read the article in Excellence about the guy who hunted the 928 used in Risky Bussines? |
Gerry - No screenwriting for me. Still grinding away at AT&T :p
Steve - sweet ride ! SC - yes, I read it. Great article : http://forneymuseum.org/featured.htm Nick |
Love the 928!
The guy who located the 928 also made a documentary about it that he's submitted to Sundance for 2008. More info here: http://www.rb928.com/ Here it is in the movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ba0tWgP138g Who's the U-Boat Commander? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ncCMLeunx4c And a 928 commercial I always loved: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UkCjNTfWnQ |
