Well I'm X-posting this from the latest info board, But I sat in both 997 models and couldn't get past the fact that the pedals are so offset to the center of the car. For me it was to the point where I wasn't sitting straight anymore. I don't get that? Is there some reason they did that on the 997? Then again i've never been in a 996 either so what do I know. Sitting in a 997 made me realize how much I love my Boxster. I wouldn't trade mine for anything
