I was concerned to see the PZero Rosso at the bottom of the barrel with regard to overall ranking. Any ideas on this and why this tire (for its relatively high price) is not a good tire? My P-shop told me that I could either get 2 rear PZeros put on or get an entire set of the Kumho SPTs for the same price. He says he uses SPTs on his wife's, son's and his own personal P-cars. I decided (since the transport driver was paying) to just get the matching brand-new PZero rears, but I probably definately change to the SPTs when it is time to retread.

If the fronts weren't brand new, I would have just gone with the SPTs and been done with it. Oh well, live and learn.

Any ideas on the performance issues with the Rosso's? Could this have been application, or vehicle specific? I don't know what size nor type of vehicle that was used in the testing. Not that I would think that variable would be too indicative of performance results, but just curious as to the variety in builds and tendencies for different tread sizes within the same "family" of tires.
