It appears that the 2009 would be a minor facelift, at least from the pictures we have seen. 2009 was also expected to introduce Direct Fuel Injection, bumping up power from 245 hp to 270 on the base Boxster, and 295hp to 320hp on the Boxster S. It seems strange to me that Porsche would invest in a facelift for the Boxster for only one year, 2 years is more likely. The 2010 is probably a MY2011 introduced in the year 2010.
