I have an 2004 2.7... what mileage did hers happen around? Just got my car back from a RMS leak, and while it was in there I had a clutch disc put in...tech said it only had about 1-2k left on it Mine was done @ 30k...I don't know how the previous owner drove

Had mine in for the 15k service week before last and asked them to check the RMS (which I knew was in fact leaking). They replaced the RMS under warranty and also fixed an IMS leak. So it hadn't failed, but I guess might have been on the way there.

To those very unfortunate souls who have had IMS failure or know somebody who had one, can you please post the following details:

-Corrective action taken
-Cost
-If out of warranty, successful PCNA support (Y/N, magnitude)
-Year
-Mileage
-2.5, 2.7, 3.2, 3.4, etc
-A sad venting story
