Sorry about your accident, but glad no one was hurt. You can put on the 03+ rear bumper, but the problem is that the bumper has a bigger gap to accommodate the larger rear spoiler in the 03+ cars. To make it look right, you'd need to also buy & install the newer, larger rear spoiler from the 03.

I've already done my homework;

986.504.609.02-03' rear spoiler
986.504.613.02-03' rear spoiler bracket
986.504.615.02(616.02)-03' bracket side covers

That should be it for the rear spoiler,now I have to figure out the rear bumper. Do you know if it's a straight swap?

Robert,

Glad you're O.K. That could've really ended up badly. Bumpers are replaceable.

Check with TriGem on the rear bumper conversion. He did it on his car.

Really sorry to see that blinkwatt. Glad to know you are OK. I know I would be feeling really down if something like this were to happen, but as others have pointed out, everything is fixable, and the car will be better than new in no time. Report back on how your 03 bumper/spoiler conversion turns out.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it is a straight swap. I've seen it put on someone's car, but they didn't put the newer spoiler on, so it looks a little strange to me because of the gap left. If you put the newer spoiler on, I think it'll look just fine.

Sorry to see the pics in this thread...

I've read about it more than a few times on the web before and have seen it discussed as a straight swap...given your parts list it sounds like you'll be Ok.

Good luck with the repairs.
