Tranny making noise but!!!

Tranny started makeing noise at idle about a week ago. Lemme first say it has a brand new clutch, and flywheel in it. It also makes noise rolling in gear and out of gear like a clicking noise. The tranny shifts great and feels fine. I think it may have something to do with the differential. Any ideas? I do not miss gears or smoke the tires or none of that. The tranny fluid was just changed and there was no metal in the fluid. I am at a loss. ???????????????????

Maybe it's a little far fetched, but is it possible that the tranny can't handle the extra torque/power from the supercharger? I know someone who threw in a 3.4L 911 engine in his base boxster, and he says he's on his 3rd tranny, although he does DE the car.

Btw, didn't you just replace your tranny not long ago? Any warranty period on that replacement? Just a thought.

Everything works 100percent. I did not replace the tranny, I had the clutch replaced, and flywheel. I do beleive it is the diff some how. You can here it when it is at idle chattering and when you are rolling you here it clicking away. It really sux. If anyone reading this has any info on putting a 6 speed in, let me know. Does it fit, is it better? Whatever info is out there. As for makeing too much power, I have not had the ecu reflashed yet. The car does make more power but not that much more.
