Heated seat will not turn off?

Any ideas why my driver seat heating element will not turn off when it's turned on?? I brushed up against it the other day while driving and quickly noticed that it will not turn off (90 degrees outside) until I turn the car all the way off. Passenger side works fine...

If you press the switch:

once - it'll turn on to hi until car shuts off (red light)
twice - it'll turn on to low until car shuts off (orange light)
one more time - switches back to hi (red), and another gets back to low (orange)

if you press the opposite side of the switch - it'll shut it off

if yours is staying on after that, then switch may be bad

Possibly the switch, but a bad relay is also possible, especially since it does go Off once you switch off the ignition. Hope this hels...
