Personally I think 19"s look too big on a 986 body style. Although 987s looks AWESOME with 19"s.

Stick to 18"s and lower it however you will,Eibach springs,RoW kit or Coilovers and it will look sweet!

IMHO, save that weight and go with 18"s. You get a little more rubber to dampen noise and shock a bit. That extra rubber can also help with feeling when the tires are pushed to the limit.

I think going with 19"s is more about show...

19s - 245-40-19 front - 275-35-19 rear. I wouldn't trade them and the ride difference is negligible.



This is the one you lowered for me. It looks even better lowered.

I have 19's plus coil overs and i dont regret it. Even after a year I still think it looks amazing and get comments on them weekly.

I say go with the 19's. The look great and run even better. Here's apic of my 986, and then i swapped the wheels over to the 987, i think it looks good on both.

I still vote 19's I am going with 315 in the rear no spacer, once my rears are gone. I have 275 now
