I told him I wanted NO resonance and he was that confident that he said he would remove it if there was resonance and give me my money back....

That's funny, cause it's usually the twin can type muffler designs on the 986 that causes the resonance, as the OEM unit is a single can design. Good luck with the install. The muffler looks nice, and since he's offering a money back guarantee, you've got nothing to lose.
