Is this a good price?

I have a scheduled service at my areas Porsche specialty shop... Brother to Brother.
A very reputable service facility.

I am having the oil and filter changed, coolant flushed, and spark plugs changed.
Price quoted with oem parts and mobile 1 is $350.00 plus tax. I dont have time to do these simple items myself but last time I had an oil service at the Dealer it was over $180.00 and they wanted almost $500.00 for the plug change.

Any other items I should ask them to check while it's in the air?

Thanks.

looks good to me. You're looking at $200 in parts/fluids/filters alone. I'd go for it. and maybe even see if you can prepay for the next time you want the same services done. Know though the coolant is supposed to be "lifetime" - FWIW

An update to the story, I got a call that 3 out of 4 axle boots were either dry rotted or ripped... I checked them out and sure enough they were. The car is a 2001 with only 36k on the clock. I wonder why they failed prematurely. Anyway, the shop pulled the axles, changed the boots and cleaned and repacked all the joints for $450.00. All is good.

I had the coolant changed just as a "while you are there" type thing. It was low on coolant anyway.

The car runs noticeably better with the new plugs and adjustments. Smoother idle and seemingly more linear acceleration.. it feels like the car pulls stronger. I am happy.

Anyone in the NJ/ Phila PA area should check out Brother to Brother in Medford NJ
609 953 0286. They did a nice job!

If you want to drive a little more East, European Imports in Harrisburg is great. He lets you buy your own oil and he installs cheap.

His price and service are great.
