Color in Soft Top

I think I have screwed up big time. The first time I put my top down and raised, it the top had marks where the fabric had rubbed on itself. I was in a hurry and I couldn't find anything to place between the layers. I decided to place a piece of tape between the fabric. Unfortunately when I took off the tape it left adhesive on the top. If I had had quit right there I would have been ahead of the game. I then took a brush and tried to get the adhesive out. My top now has white fabric showing. Is there anything I can do to get the color back on the top?

Thanks,

Tom

Depending on the color renovo makes the Renovo Top Reviver for black, brown, and tan.
Hope this helps!

Before you do anything else drastic or try and recolor, try a lint brush and post a pic here so we can take a look at it and offer suggestions. Don't worry, you're not the first person to create an 'insurmountable opportunity' w/ your rag top.

The canvas is very durable. HIt it with Raggtopp cleanser and a bucket of warm water. Use a soft toothbrush or an OXO feather tip brush from detailcity.com or autogeek.net. Then follow up with the Raggtopp protectant after your top has dried in the sun, the protectant should darken your top a few notches.

and keep the duct tape off your top and on your shoes.
